Various projects carried out within the site ranging in value from £5,000 up to £250,000 over a three year period including additional ongoing Facilities Management maintenance, projects have included the following:

  Supply, install & commission 2No. 13kW fresh air freecooling/DX clip on air conditioning units.

  Supply install & commission 5No. Daikin VRV comfort cooling air conditioning systems & 100No.+ indoor units


• 
  Supply, install & commission 2No. 100-250kW Carrier air-cooled packaged chillers complete with interconnecting mechanical services


• 
  Supply, install & commission 6No. 3kW-15kW Packaged air cooled chillers complete with interconnecting mechanical services


• 
  Supply, install & commission 100No.+ Split Heat Pump Air Conditioning units (ceiling cassettes, wall mounts, ducted fan coils & under-ceiling units)


• 
  Clean Room air conditioning, Air Handling Units, ULPA Fan/Filter Units


• 
  Laser Room cooling utilising chilled water close controlair conditioning units and ductwork


• 
  Lecture Theatre High Efficiency Heating/Cooling AHU & ductwork

  Numerous fresh air input systems & gas extract systems

  Thermal Insulation
